Tisu4d does not sell, rent, or share members' personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

Payment Service Providers

6
tisu4d Data Protection Security Measures

Tisu4d invests seriously in security infrastructure to protect members' personal data. The following are the security layers we have put in place:

  • Data encryption in transit: All communication between your browser or app and tisu4d's servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 — the same protocol used by Malaysia's leading financial institutions.
  • Data encryption at rest: Sensitive data stored in tisu4d's databases is encrypted using AES-256 standards. Passwords are stored in hashed form using a secure algorithm and cannot be reversed.
  • Access controls: Access to systems containing personal data is restricted to staff who genuinely require it, and is protected by multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • 24/7 security monitoring: tisu4d's systems are continuously monitored to detect suspicious activity, unauthorised access attempts, and other security threats.
  • Regular security audits: tisu4d undergoes periodic independent security audits to identify and address any vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
  • Data segregation: Withdrawal data and game data are stored separately with distinct access controls to ensure that a breach in one system does not expose the full dataset.
Security Reminders for Members: While tisu4d does everything possible to protect your data on our end, account security also depends on your own actions. Always use a strong, unique password, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, and never share your login credentials with anyone. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
7
Data Retention Period

Tisu4d retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the original purpose of collection or to meet our legal obligations. Below is a guide to retention periods by data category:

  • Active account data: Retained for as long as your account remains active and for 7 years after account closure, in line with financial record requirements under Malaysian law.
  • Financial transaction history: Retained for 7 years after the transaction date in accordance with Malaysian tax and financial regulatory requirements (including anti-money laundering obligations).

FAQ – tisu4d Privacy Policy

Answers to the questions most frequently asked by Malaysian members about privacy and data protection at tisu4d.

Yes, this is an absolute commitment from tisu4d. We have never sold, rented, or shared members' personal data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes, and we never will. If you receive any marketing from a party claiming to have obtained your data from tisu4d, it is fraudulent — and we encourage you to report it to us at support@tisu4d.asia. Your data is only shared with technical service providers directly involved in the operation of the tisu4d platform, and all such parties are bound by strict data protection agreements.

To request access to or deletion of your data, send an email to support@tisu4d.asia with the subject line "PDPA Rights Request – [Your Username]". Clearly state the nature of your request — whether you wish to receive a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity first to confirm the request is being made by the actual account holder. For access requests, we will provide a copy of your data within 14 business days. For deletion requests, processing will be completed within 30 days, subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.

In the event of a security incident involving member data, tisu4d will follow a strict incident response procedure. First, we will identify the scope of the incident and isolate any affected systems. We will then notify members whose data may have been affected within the timeframe stipulated by Malaysia's PDPA, and inform the Personal Data Protection Commissioner where applicable. We will provide clear information about what happened, what data was involved, and the steps we are taking to address the incident and prevent recurrence. The security of member data is our priority, and we will not attempt to conceal any such incident.

No. tisu4d does not store full credit card details, CVV numbers, banking PINs, or your online banking passwords in any of our systems. All sensitive payment processing is handled directly by recognised third-party payment gateways — such as Bank Negara Malaysia's FPX system, the Touch 'n Go platform, or DuitNow infrastructure. tisu4d only receives confirmation that a transaction was successful or failed, along with basic information such as the transaction amount and a reference identifier. Your sensitive financial information never leaves the security systems of the relevant payment provider.

Yes, you can opt out of receiving marketing and promotional emails from tisu4d at any time without closing your account. The easiest way is to click the "Unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of every promotional email we send. Alternatively, you can email support@tisu4d.asia with the subject line "Unsubscribe from Marketing" and we will remove you from the marketing list within 5 business days. Please note that opting out of marketing emails does not mean you will stop receiving important transactional emails — such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, or security alerts — which form part of your account service and cannot be disabled.
